Two ways to pay

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Charged the moment you subscribe, with no free trial, then again every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months until you cancel. Invoices, card changes and cancelling live in Billing on your dashboard.

USDC, prepaid

Soon

3 to 12 months paid at once, charged in dollars at the day's ECB rate so it matches the euro price. Renew whenever you like; the new months start where the old ones end.

Questions

Who can subscribe a server?: Anyone who owns the server or has the Manage Server permission on Discord. You sign in with Discord and choose the server; Hashly checks you run it.
What is the difference between the plans?: Both include every feature. Complete puts your server's name, colour, logo and website on the bot's posts and cards instead of Hashly's, and allows twice as many stats cards.
Can I pay in crypto?: Not yet. USDC is coming, as a 3 to 12 month prepayment. For now plans are paid by card.
Is VAT included?: Prices are before VAT. Checkout adds it by your country, and a business can enter its VAT number there.
Can I change plan or cancel?: Card plans can switch between Basic and Complete at any time, prorated, and cancel from Billing; the bot keeps working until the paid period ends.
What are the usage limits?: They cover the stats cards members call up with /nft, /token and /forever pool. Basic allows 5 per member and 30 per server each hour, Complete 10 and 60. Alerts and feeds post everything on both plans.
What happens when a plan ends?: The bot stops posting and answering in that server. Its settings are kept, so renewing switches it back on within a minute.
