Terms of Use

Last updated September 13, 2026

These terms apply whenever you use Hashly (hash-ly.com), use its API or connect a wallet to it, and they are an agreement between you and Hashly ("Hashly", "we"). By using Hashly you accept these terms; if you don't agree with them, please don't use it. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Hashly

You must be at least 18 years old and able to accept these terms where you live. Don't use Hashly if the law of your country, or sanctions that apply to you, forbid it.

2. Information only, not advice

Hashly helps people discover what is happening on Hedera: events, projects, tokens, NFT collections and news, ranked by community votes. Everything on Hashly is information for general purposes. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell any asset.

A listing, a ranking, a vote count, a comparison, a mindshare score or a sponsored placement is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Market cap comparisons are arithmetic on current figures, not predictions.

Market data, event details and news come largely from third parties and from the community, and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Hashly doesn't audit or vouch for the projects, tokens, NFTs or events that appear on it. Do your own research before you act, and speak to a qualified adviser before any financial decision.

3. Your wallet

Hashly never holds your assets. You connect your own wallet, and you alone control it and its keys. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key, and anyone who does is not us. Transactions you sign, such as a Premium payment or a token association, go to the Hedera network, can't be reversed by us and may carry network fees. Checking what you sign is your responsibility.

4. Votes and public records

Votes, event check-ins, Ember grants and claims, and raffle entries and draws are recorded on public Hedera Consensus Service topics together with your account ID. They are permanent and visible to anyone. Your voting power depends on your holdings as described on Hashly, and daily vote limits apply.

5. Fair play

When you use Hashly, don't:

  • manipulate votes, rankings, missions, points or raffles, including with bots, scripts, or fake or coordinated accounts and wallets;
  • exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
  • submit spam, or misleading, infringing or unlawful content, or pretend to be someone else;
  • attack Hashly, disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that overloads it, or use the API beyond the limits of your key.

If you break these rules, we can remove your content; reset or remove points, Embers, cosmetics and rewards; disqualify you from seasons and raffles; and restrict or close your access.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as events, project details, images and profiles. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content on Hashly and on Hashly's social channels, and to adapt its format to fit them, for as long as it is on Hashly. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate. We may review, reformat, decline or remove submissions.

7. Points, XP, Embers and cosmetics

Points, XP, Embers, badges, cosmetics and other in-app season rewards exist only inside Hashly. They have no monetary value and no value outside the platform. They are not a cryptocurrency, a token or a security, they are not issued on any blockchain, and they can't be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money or crypto assets. Their only use is on Hashly, for example to enter raffles. An NFT you receive as a reward or a prize, such as a Dragon NFT, is delivered to your wallet instead, and section 9 applies to it.

Ember grants and claims are recorded on the Hedera Consensus Service so that anyone can verify them, and that record doesn't make them an asset. Hashly doesn't sell Embers. We can change how they are earned and spent, correct balances that are wrong or discontinue them, and season rules can change from one season to the next.

8. Staking

Staking on Hashly never moves your NFTs: they stay in your wallet the whole time, and Hashly never takes custody of them. Staking isn't a financial product, a deposit or an investment, and it pays no interest, yield or return in money or crypto. What it earns is Embers, which have no value outside Hashly (section 7).

We check your holdings regularly, and only eligible NFTs earn, at the rates and under the limits and conditions shown on the staking page. For example, NFTs listed for sale don't earn. Embers build up to the limit shown there and have to be claimed. We can change rates and conditions from that moment on.

9. Dragon NFTs and other NFTs used on Hashly

Santuario Hedera dragon NFTs, El Santuario NFTs and any other NFT that unlocks something on Hashly are utility tokens: digital collectibles that give access to features such as extra voting power, staking, bigger museum rooms or raffle requirements. They are not securities, shares, investment contracts, derivatives or financial instruments of any kind.

Holding one gives no ownership of Hashly or of any company, and no right to profits, dividends, revenue or any other payment. They are not offered as an investment, and nobody should acquire one expecting a profit. Their price on marketplaces is set by buyers and sellers, and Hashly doesn't control, support or guarantee it. The features an NFT unlocks on Hashly can change or end.

10. Raffles

  • Tickets are paid with Embers. Each raffle shows its prize, its requirements (such as holding certain NFTs), its ticket limits and when it closes.
  • Winners are drawn with Hedera's native random number generator, and each draw is published on a public Hedera Consensus Service topic.
  • To receive a token or NFT prize, the winning account has to be associated with that token. If a prize can't be delivered, we may give it to another entrant.
  • Prizes can come from Hashly or from partner projects. We don't guarantee what any prize is worth.
  • We can cancel, pause or redraw a raffle if something fails technically or if we find abuse. Raffles are void wherever the law doesn't allow them, and winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes.

11. Premium

Premium is an optional paid membership that lasts one season. Its price and what it includes are shown before you pay, and you pay in HBAR from your wallet. Premium is only sold while a sale is open. If we cancel or pause a season you paid for, we refund the payment to the account that made it. Otherwise Premium payments are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

12. Links and sponsored content

Hashly links to sites, apps and projects run by other people. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them, and their own terms apply. Some placements on Hashly may be paid for; that doesn't make them an endorsement.

13. Hashly's own content

The Hashly name, logo, mascot, design and software belong to Hashly or its licensors. You can share links to Hashly and screenshots of it. You can't copy its brand or design, or collect its data at scale, except through the API under the terms of your key.

14. Availability and changes

Hashly depends on third-party services and on the Hedera network, so at times it can be unavailable or show wrong information. We can change, pause or discontinue any feature.

15. No warranties

Hashly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including that Hashly will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors. Crypto assets and NFTs are volatile and can lose all their value, and the decisions you make with them are your own.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hashly is not responsible or liable for:

  • decisions you make with information you found on Hashly;
  • the projects, tokens, NFTs, mints and events that appear on Hashly, including scams, failed mints and projects that disappear;
  • changes in the price or value of any crypto asset or NFT, including the NFTs described in section 9;
  • losses caused by a compromised wallet or keys, or by transactions you sign;
  • the actions of third parties, or failures of the Hedera network, marketplaces or other services;
  • indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Hashly in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

17. Ending access

You can stop using Hashly at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. Sections 2, 6, 7, 9, 15 and 16 keep applying afterwards.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and for significant changes we also post a notice on Hashly. If you keep using Hashly after an update, you accept the new terms.
