  The creator holds a wipe key and can remove an NFT from any wallet, including one that paid for it on the open market.

  The creator holds a freeze key and can stop a chosen wallet from transferring or selling what it holds.

  The creator holds a pause key and can stop the whole collection from moving, for everyone, at once.

• Mint up to 10

  The creator holds a supply key and can keep minting until 10 exist. A collection is only as scarce as its cap.

• Rewrite these rules

  The creator holds an admin key and can add or remove every permission above later. Whatever this cannot do today, it cannot do yet.

These are the powers the issuer holds, not a judgement about the token: plenty of legitimate projects keep a supply key, and a stablecoin needs a freeze key to comply with the law.
